In the kitchen, as in the broader philosophy of Chef Ciro Alberto Cucciniello, there is a project of truth and care. Craftsmanship embraces every phase of the manufacturing process. Breads, pasta, dried, fermented, smoked, sausages, powders: everything is self-produced daily.
Carter Oblio was in fact born as an anagram of the Chef's two names, an alter ego, a second identity enclosed by a question mark. Carter's logo is a profile, a silhouette but also a question mark. An identity project that our Chef conceived and set in motion with tenacity and generous inspiration.
