From the great passion for cooking and good wine, Osteria della Trippa was born in Rome in 2019. Having grown up in the kitchen between her grandmother's skirt and in a noisy family where everyone was skilled at the stove, Alessandra Ruggeri could only end up cooking too. The cuisine is simple and traditional, focused on the search for recipes and ingredients linked to the Roman and Lazio traditions, also exploring dishes and traditions from other regions of the peninsula, with a personal touch and a lot of passion.
