Lazio Region and Arsial: The Business Dinner
Three exclusive evenings, reserved by invitation only, organized by the Lazio Region's Department of Budget, Agriculture, and Food Sovereignty and the Regional Agency for Agricultural Development and Innovation (ARSIAL). Unique opportunities to explore the region's agri-food identity through cuisine.
These private events are designed to foster professional encounters, create new synergies, and showcase Lazio through a haute cuisine experience. Each dinner is an opportunity to taste dishes paired with local wines and olive oils, in a convivial setting that combines networking and the promotion of regional excellence.
The chef is the protagonist in the kitchen Doriano Perciballi of the Locanda Dorica in Velletri, a restaurant that for years has creatively and respectfully interpreted the local products and food and wine traditions.
