The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Waste Cycle of Rome Capital creates a calendar to highlight the excellences of the Capital with the aim of building synergies that strengthen the image of the city, placing sustainability and the potential of the short supply chain.
The show cooking will be made with products and oil from Rome and accompanied by the wines of the Consorzio Roma Doc and the Amaro di Roma Formidabile.
