Futura in Rome is the first restaurant by chef Anastasia Paris who, after many experiences in Italy and abroad, chose the Monti district for the opening of her restaurant.
A modern, down-to-earth cuisine that speaks to everyone and everyone can understand. Each dish is carefully crafted down to the smallest detail and surprises with its flavor and balance. The name Futura is a blend of inspiration and meaning. First and foremost, it's a child growing up in her own time, never ceasing to hope.
