Anima, The Rome EDITION's signature restaurant, brings its contemporary cuisine and unmistakable style to the heart of Piazza di Siena, recreating the atmosphere of its charming internal courtyard, which, with over four hundred plants, is a true green oasis in the heart of the city.
The proposed menu is a journey of authentic flavors that celebrates the gastronomic traditions of Rome and Naples, reflecting the Neapolitan roots of the Executive Chef. Antonio Gentile and its deep connection to the capital. An experience designed to excite, surprise, and tell the story of two cities through their cuisine.
