Barolo Essentials – by reservation
An immersive tasting that will allow you to discover the essence of a legend, what has made Barolo unique and beloved around the world. A journey through three glasses to understand, recognize, appreciate, and share the iconic wine of the Langhe, a sublime region recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The guided tasting includes three wines: a pure Nebbiolo, a classic Barolo, and a Barolo cru. A sensory journey that will help you recognize nuances, characteristics, and evolution through the wine's sensory experience.
Participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Wine Tasting Experience® – by reservation
The original tasting formula that the Strada del Barolo offers is to wine lovers, both to wine enthusiasts. Following the example of theEcole Du Vin In French, these events go beyond the traditional winery tasting, a classic stop for any wine tourist, especially for the opportunity to sample wines from multiple producers in a single event. Our expert sommelier and communicator will lead you through the hills of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, shaped by the region's winemaking traditions. They will embark on a true sensory journey through the aromas captured in a glass of wine, wine and food pairings, and the characteristics of the wines in relation to their individual vineyards.

Vertical tasting of 3 Barolo DOCG wines – by reservation
A guided tasting experience that offers the opportunity to explore the complexity and evolution over time of this prestigious wine.
During the vertical tasting, participants will have the opportunity to taste three different Barolo DOCG labels from the same area, but from different vintages and producers. This allows them to appreciate the nuances of terroir, production style, and maturation that characterize the cru being analyzed, providing a deeper understanding of its distinctive character, which develops with aging.

Barolo blind tasting – reservation required
Participants will have the opportunity to taste three different Barolo DOCG labels (+1) from three distinct crus, but without knowing the specific identity of each wine other than the vintage. This type of tasting tests participants' sensory abilities and experience, as they will have to rely solely on taste, smell, and experience to identify the unique characteristics of each cru. At the end of the tasting, a bottle of Barolo will be awarded to the winner who correctly identifies the most crus.

Casa Barolo's Private Room – Flash Tasting
Just one wine, an expert to describe it, and 24 guests ready to experience it.
Free tasting with mandatory registration by 9:00 PM that evening at the Barolo Lounge. Seats are limited.
Opening hours: Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 11:30pm
