The chefs will cook the tastiest La Molisana pasta shapes, combining them with strictly Italian recipes.
The public will be able to taste:
Large Spaghetti La Molisana with red pesto and stracciatella and “Sorrentino” nduja topping
Rigacuore La Molisana with gricia and crispy bacon “Sorrentino”

For the first time at Vinòforum, Molino Casillo has created a space completely dedicated to gourmet pizza made with top quality ingredients and strictly Italian flours.

At Vinòforum, the Municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto is proposing a temporary restaurant dedicated to the San Benedetto brodetto, promoting the maritime tradition, sustainable fishing and authentic flavours of the Adriatic coast.

I BIBANESI x CLAI
A space dedicated to those who love the authentic flavours of Italy: the unmistakable crunchiness of the Bibanesi, individually hand-rolled loaves, prepared with only genuine ingredients like extra virgin olive oil and select flours, meets the intense flavor of Clai cured meats, made for those seeking the quality and safety of a cooperative supply chain of 100% Italian pork, obtained with skill, care, and respect for our country's great regional traditions.
