Jacopo Caira – Felice a Testaccio (Rome)

It was 1936. Felice was juggling the kitchen.

Its recipes, handed down to this day, originate from the land and tradition. Subsequently, the baton passed to his son Franco who, together with his family, refreshed the place by modernizing the spaces: new look, same quality of the dishes.
